Equal parts material exploration and product design, the Found Material Collection (FMC) is a social good project that rediscovers the value in discarded materials found in the environment.
FMC No.01 is a modular retail and studio furniture system that was conceived at the death of American Apparel. All materials including worn acrylic shelves, stainless steel bars, and stainless steel cord, were sourced from the University District location.
